Personal Training
Starting a personal training program is an investment in your quality of life & there’s no better time to start than now. A trainer by your side can hold you accountable, keep you motivated & help you navigate the road to a healthier lifestyle. At Chimney Oaks Fitness, we offer personal training that focuses on individual progression and skill development for members to safely and successfully reach their health & fitness goals.

Personal Training Rates
12 Sessions - $375 / 8 Sessions - $275 / 1 Session - $40

Group Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes
Each week a new group fitness class schedule will be released with a variety of different classes. Availability is on a first come, first serve basis and Space is limited!! You can see the new schedule in many ways:-

Flexible Planned Workouts

Flexible Planned Workouts
Want to start your exercise/health journey, but don't know where to start? Our 4-Week Exercise Program is the perfect option for you. Week One includes three short, 1 to 1 personal training sessions to get you started & comfortable with the exercises & 3 more weeks of customized workouts written for you in your personal exercise log.
For just $100 you will have a guided plan to help you reach your goals without the stress of not knowing how to achieve them or not having time to attend scheduled classes.

Hiking and Outings

Once a month we like to go on a hike or arrange an outing that might include kayaking, biking or an indoor activity during the winter months. Suggestions are always welcome and when a date and location is set, we will notify you as we do, with the group fitness classes.

    Community Fun

    Seasonal and Community Events are held throughout the year. Sign up for our newsletter or check out our calendar for details. Some events we may organize throughout the year include:-

    Sarah Terzotis
    Health & Fitness Director

    Sarah is excited to join the team at Chimney Oaks as the new Health & Fitness Director. With a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville, she brings a strong foundation in health, fitness, and wellness to her role. During her time at the university, Sarah was an active member of the Track and Field and Cross Country teams, along with completing a Nutrition Internship with the university’s Athletic Nutritionist during her college career. Her background in Exercise Science, and experience as a student athlete, allows her to design and oversee activities that promote health and well-being, from fitness classes to recreational events.
